The Sole E95 Elliptical is one of my favorite cardio machines, and today I am going to start incorporating it into my training. I am going to start off with a warm up on the e95 for about five to ten minutes, to get my body fully warmed up before I train with heavy weights.
Shoulders
Well to start with, I will perform around four sets of dumbbell shoulder presses – seated. I will do all exercises slow and controlled, with perfect form. Next I am going to be moving on to side lateral raises with dumbbells. I will do 3 sets of 8 to 10 slowly with good form, and i will go only to shoulder height and back down to my waist.
Rear Lateral Raises
Then I will start in doing some rear lateral raises, for my rear deltoids. I will do these on a inclined bench facing downwards with my chest on the bench, and then raise the dumbbells laterally up level to my shoulders. I will then move on to the front cable raises I will do about four sets of these and then finish off with drop sets. This will ensure I get a full pump to my shoulders.
Legs
Now it’s time, to work on my legs. Sometimes I do a warm up with the Sole E95 Elliptical. I will start off during the warm up set of squats, using the free weight bar, or Olympic bar, using no weight. Then I will perform four sets of squats using heavyweight on the Olympic bar. For these, I will use a belt to support my back. This will make sure I do not harm my lower back in any way. These are especially good for packing on lots of muscle mass.
Leg Press
Then it’s time for the leg press. These are like squats in some way, but are performed on our leg press machine. They are great for building up size, strength and power. they are also a bit safer and squats and you can really drive through with your legs.
Leg Extensions
And lastly for quads, I am going to do leg extensions on our leg extension machine. These are great for finishing off on quads because you get a real good pump. I really like these ones, because the isolate the quads especially good when you are finishing off on them.
Hamstrings
Hamstrings are an exercise I don’t really like doing, but they just have to be done and I can’t leave them out. I will do my hamstrings on the, hamstring curl machine. I only do about four sets of these with one warm up set, and then I’m done.
Calf Raises
I will do raises on the machine and I will do about four sets of 10 reps. By this time I am really fatigued, and am about ready to stretch. I will stretch for around 10 minutes to make sure I am not going to be aching the next day.

Today I’m going to be making a lot of changes to my workouts. Lately I have been slacking a little in the gym and think it’s about time I changed my routines. For a while now I have just been splitting my workouts into three different workouts. One day I would do chest, triceps and abs the next training day I would do back and biceps and on the third day I will do legs and shoulders along with traps if I remember to do them.
The reason I’m going to be changing my workouts is so that I can train five days a week. I’m going to be training body parts in the following order plus I will be training one body part per day. I will be starting by doing 15 minutes of warm up on the Sole E25 Elliptical. On Monday I will be training chest I will mostly be doing pressing movements with free weights and some flies using the free weights and the end I will be doing some cable flies.
Then on Tuesday I will move on my back this is where I will be getting most of my size from. I will start off with something heavy like barbell rows then I will move on to luck pull downs and then finish off with something like cable pulleys.
Then on Wednesday I will go and train my shoulders the primary source of power I’m going to be receiving from my shoulder workout will be from shoulder presses either dumbbell all barbell presses. Then I will be doing lateral raises with dumbbells and then bent over lateral raises and maybe some cables to finish off.
Now it’s time for Thursday’s workout. Thursday’s workout will consist of training my arms this is one thing I like training is as I really get a pump to my biceps and lately might triceps need a lot more training, they just feeling a bit weak and looking a bit small at the moment. I will start off with my triceps as these I feel, need the most work. My main movement will be triceps pushed downs. These are great for triceps power and I really get a good pump from the. Next I will move onto biceps and these are of muscle I really get a pump on. I will be doing barbell curls and dumbbell curls and also, curls I will do dumbbell curls seated this will ensure that I’m using only my biceps.
I hope today I really get a good workout from this regime and in the future hopefully I will be putting a lot of mass onto my stature. I’m looking to be gaining strength and sheer size on my body I want a lot of muscle mass but not much fat. This is how I used to look and feel and that’s how I want to be now.
Hopefully I will stick to this regimen and one more thing I need to stick to its my diet I should be eating high-protein foods and high carbohydrate foods another thing I need to eat is healthy fats.
The high-protein foods will come from sources such as chicken, beef, fish and also protein drinks only the best will do. The carbohydrate foods will come from sources such as white rice, brown rice, porridge oats and all the high-carbohydrate foods such as brown bread or brown pasta.
The healthy fatty foods will come from sources such as flax seed, coconut oil, olive oil and real butter. I will also be getting healthy fat is from nuts such as almonds.
